Century Towers

This was the first residential project constructed in Century City. Built in 1964 and originally designed as apartments by architect I.M Pei who is perhaps best known for the “Pyramide du Louvre,” his glass landmark glass pyramid addition to the Louvre Museum in Paris. The mid-century towers were converted to condominiums in 1973. Located on approximately 6 acres, Century Towers has a mix of one, two, and three bedroom single-story (and a few double-story) residences on 28 floors totaling 440 units. In addition, there are several service studios only available to existing owners. The development also includes a swimming pool, gymnasium, and tennis courts along with concierge and valet parking services. Spectacular views in a variety of directions and all the amenities of Century City.
